Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced MERN Stack Trainer with strong hands-on industry experience. The ideal candidate should be capable of mentoring developers with production-level knowledge, best practices, and real-world application architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver practical, hands-on sessions with real-world development examples.

Mentor developers on modern application architecture, clean code principles, and best practices.

Guide learners through end-to-end application development, including deployment.

Ensure strong knowledge transfer through effective communication and mentoring.

Technical Skills

MERN Full-Stack Development (Production-Grade)

Frontend: React, Modern React Patterns, ShadCN/UI

Backend: Node.js, Express, NestJS, REST APIs, Clean Code Principles

Database & Deployment: PostgreSQL, CI/CD Pipelines, Cloud Deployment (AWS / GCP / Azure / DigitalOcean)

Required Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience in MERN Full-Stack development.

Strong problem-solving and architectural skills.

Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.

Prior experience as a trainer or technical mentor is preferred.
