Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced freelance SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Trainer to provide specialized training to corporate clients or individuals. The trainer will be responsible for delivering in-depth, hands-on training sessions, covering both theoretical concepts and practical applications of Employee Central, ensuring participants gain the necessary knowledge to implement and manage the module effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging and informative training programs on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
  • Conduct both virtual and on-site training sessions based on client requirements.
  • Customize training materials to meet the specific needs of participants, ensuring real-world application of SAP SuccessFactors EC.
  • Provide practical examples and case studies for better understanding of module functionalities.
  • Assist in creating end-user documentation, training manuals, and other supporting resources.
  • Assess trainees' learning progress and provide feedback to help them improve their skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors EC releases and industry best practices.
  • Conduct post-training support and answer questions related to SAP SuccessFactors EC.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including experience with core HR processes and data management.
  • Proven experience as a trainer, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification (Employee Central) is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and experience levels.
  • Hands-on experience with implementing or supporting SAP SuccessFactors EC is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with the latest features and updates in SAP SuccessFactors EC.
  • Availability to work flexible hours as per client requirements.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (implementation, support, or consulting).
  • Experience in conducting corporate training sessions, workshops, or webinars.
