Key Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery: Conduct live virtual training sessions and workshops on all SAP modules.
• Content Development: Create, update, and customize training materials, including presentations, manuals, and exercises tailored to specific client needs and SAP module requirements.
• Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their training requirements and tailor sessions to address specific business processes and objectives.
• Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate participant progress through quizzes, assignments, and practical exercises. Provide constructive feedback and follow-up to ensure comprehension and application of SAP concepts.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SAP updates, tools, and industry best practices to ensure the training content remains current and relevant.

Qualifications:

• Expertise: Proven experience with SAP across multiple modules, with a strong grasp of system functionalities, processes, and best practices.
• Certification: SAP certification(s) in relevant modules preferred, with a preference for individuals who have a well-rounded certification portfolio.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP consulting or training, with a demonstrated history of successful training delivery.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and engagingly.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in using virtual training platforms and tools, with a strong understanding of how to deliver effective online training.
• Adaptability: Ability to tailor training approaches to diverse audiences and adjust content based on client needs and feedback.
