Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP UI5 / Fiori Trainer to deliver end-to-end training on modern SAP front-end and backend development. The trainer will guide learners through SAPUI5, Fiori Elements, OData integration, and deployment on SAP BTP using hands-on projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver structured training on:

SAP Foundations, UI5 Basics, Navigation & Layouts

OData Integration & Fiori Elements

ABAP CDS Views & Backend Connectivity

Advanced UI5, SAP BTP, and Cloud Deployment

Mentor learners in a Capstone Project and evaluate performance.

Provide practical sessions using SAP Business Application Studio, Git, and SAP Gateway.

Requirements:

Proven experience in SAPUI5 / OpenUI5, Fiori, OData, and ABAP CDS.

Hands-on exposure to SAP BTP and Business Application Studio.

Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Prior training or project delivery experience preferred.

This role blends sales, career advisory, and client relationship management in the evolving landscape of educational technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and convert prospective students through effective lead generation, outreach, and nurturing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners to understand their needs and offer suitable education solutions.
• Conduct career counseling sessions for students interested in higher education (domestic and international).
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to develop and execute growth strategies and campaigns.
• Identify potential clients, including colleges, universities, and educational institutions, for seminars, webinars, and product demonstrations.
• Develop and execute strategies to generate leads through various online and offline channels.
• Make outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
• Field work: Visit colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to build relationships and promote our seminars or webinars.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and referral generation.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics and optimize conversion strategies.

Requirements:

• 0-1Yr of experience in B2C Sales, EdTech, Counseling, or BPO industries (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• A passion for education, student success, and continuous learning.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, Education, Business,).
• Pune candidates will be preferred.
